A finger you can use. A hand that looks like yours.
Custom prosthetic fingers and partial-hand restorations, hand-built in our Tampa lab. Functional grip for daily tasks, lifelike silicone for confidence, body-powered options for users who want both.
Restoring both function and form.
Finger loss, from a single digit to a partial hand, affects more than appearance. Grip, pinch, typing, holding a coffee cup, signing your name, the daily-life motions add up. A well-built finger prosthesis brings back the ones that matter most to you.
At Manifest, we hand-fabricate each finger or partial-hand device from your own anatomy. Silicone matched to your skin tone. Mechanical grip tuned to your residual motion. Hand-painted detail down to the nail bed.

Lifelike silicone
Cosmetic restoration in hand-painted, skin-matched silicone. Looks like a finger because every detail, tone, freckles, nail bed, was painted for you specifically.
Functional / body-powered
Mechanical fingers (X-Finger, Naked Prosthetics, and similar) that move with your residual motion. Real grip force for daily tasks, typing, holding, pinching, lifting.
Myoelectric partial-hand
For multi-digit and partial-hand loss, EMG-driven devices (i-Digits and similar) that respond to muscle signals from the residual hand for more sophisticated grip patterns.
From a single distal joint to a partial hand.
Distal Interphalangeal (DIP)
Fingertip-only amputation. Cosmetic restoration of the missing distal segment.
Proximal Interphalangeal (PIP)
Mid-finger amputation. Functional or cosmetic device covering two segments.
Metacarpophalangeal (MCP)
Loss of the full finger at the knuckle joint. Full prosthetic digit, often with grip function.
Partial-hand
Loss of multiple digits or part of the palm. Multi-digit prosthetic devices, often myoelectric.
Thumb loss
The thumb does ~50% of hand function. Dedicated thumb prostheses to restore opposition and pinch grip.
Multi-level / congenital
Born without specific digits, or complex traumatic loss across multiple levels, we design around the case.
Comfort and stability, by design.
Finger prosthetics attach in different ways depending on the level of amputation and your activity level:
- Suction sleeve, the silicone hugs the residual digit, sealed by a thin internal liner
- Ring & band, secured to an adjacent finger or to the back of the hand
- Custom-fit socket, for partial-hand cases, a precision socket distributes load across the residual hand
- Osseointegrated, in select cases, anchored to a surgical implant for direct skeletal attachment
We match the attachment to your daily life. The right answer for a typist is different from the right answer for a mechanic.
Bring back the function and the look.
